What’s the estimated amount of money required to make India as comfortable as Europe and America?

This is after we control other issues like population. I am sick of seeing people leave India for a more comfortable life. I know this is a vague question but anybody who can give some insight?

United States of America has a per capita of $43,500 and India as of right now has a per capita of $2700 dollars, in PPP. India has a population of 1,132,446,000 and cut that by half because most nations workforce is half their population, so India’s workforce has to get paid $43,500 dollars a year to be on the same level as the U.S and that’s about $24,347,589,000,000 USD dollars. Of course there are many other factors that I didn’t cover such as Gini, infrastructure, and the resources need to support such a population.

Sucks when your country suffers from brain drain doesn’t it?

Maybe your government should put some of that IT money into some BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE, and actually start educating women.

Eventually the brain drain rate would drop, and your country would prosper.
