    skype. for pc to phone

http://www.onesuite.com <—- very very good. phone to phone. phone cards charges you more minute than how much you really call and is more expensive than onesuite. and you need a new one every so often whereas onesuite you can just recharge it online, and keep one password.

Yahoo Messenger (on PC) to phone. Yahoo is quite a bit cheaper than SKYPE and more reliable. (I have both to make international calls)

Skype is great for pc to phone I still am on my first few dollars and have called all over the world. Strange thing was that the farther away the better the connection it seemed. Also it won’t go out of date since you can simply call yourself to keep the credit valid. You may want to check out below site. They have Skype in their discount mall which will get you money back rewards at every update of your credit. The page below is for the business opportunity but the form will eventually enable you to chose for the shopper membership as well. It’s free and will allow you cash back member only rebates on thousands of stores including Skype.
