Michelle Thompson, who suffers from Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome, thought she was just too demanding for men and would never find the man of her dreams. But she has been with her neighbour Andrew Carr, 32, for the past six months and he’s as keen for sexual intercourse as she is and they make love 10 times a day. “Andrew has changed my life. I’m no longer looking for a cure for my orgasms – I’ve found it,” Michelle told The News of the World newspaper in the UK. “Now I have a huge grin on my face all the time, and it’s not just because of the orgasms.” Michelle’s rare condition means she always craves sex and can climax at any time anywhere. She even had to quit a job in a biscuit factory because the machines kept setting her off. “I know I’m lucky to have so many orgasms when there are women who have never had one. But the condition has ruined my love life,” she said. Michelle’s …

Software Engineering at the Level of CMM Processes and theory isn’t actually take charge of my ailing situations at office here! what should i do? I am in India trying to get into the BPO industry!
Answer by min
If you are putting all yr qualifications down although well deserved & studied, some employers will see you as “over qualified” for a BPO job. You may have to have CV’s/Resumes that are adaptable depending upon the position you are applying for. Should you achieve a job in a BPO (don’t tell them too much initially about yr qualifications). You must pass probation period & then look within the organisation to see where your qualifications can take you. The employer seeing you as over qualified will not even give you an opportunity of working as they would be frightened you will move on & they have wasted money/time training you. Get yr foot in the door 1st then progress. Good luck

www.imdb.me/livefearless Let’s face it, I, Sam Botta, cry at movies. It’s what happens when you are reared knowing that you are loved by family. I wish this for you. It’s not too late. I’m kind of a screenplay junkie, since every work, every mark on the page, every symbol, every expression… has meaning, intentionally there, thought through and alive. Sure it’s an amazing art masterpiece that requires a song’s worth of listing at the end of the movie after all. Nope, I’m not going to tell you to bring the kiddos to see “The Change-Up” but you should see it. Some know that I’ve published novels that “ain’t” in my name because of the advice I give to help folks I care about. Each novel, lovingly written to help them find what I’ve been taught that can give the effect of them leading happier, more fulfilling, constantly evolving lives that affect, in positive ways, the course of human events. Novels? Yes. The bulk can be written in less than a week with focused, inspired moments that come when you finally are able to completely disappear for a few hours from the mediocre expectations from those in your world that live the same habits, yet slightly remixed, each day.
