Most likely through advertising, recommendation or by specialising in a certain area.
The best route would be to go and work for someone else, get experience and get your name known. In the meantime develop your skills and abilities and when the time is right go solo, preferably you’ll have some clients to take with you. Then it’s a matter of working hard and spending time on marketing and advertising, making sure that people out there who have a need for your services know about you and what you can offer.

I am currently a BPO business head for a top Indian company working on US and UK programs. The outsourcers in US and UK always desire to have their representatives in India to monitor and guide vendors providing services.I wish to work in that capacity for a US/UK outsourcer.

I would say: Get on the internet and find UK sources of the type of business you want to deal with. Email them directly with your resume. I would make sure you have long distance to call them. I would also make sure you know the cost for a minute of conversation to the UK….IT is very very expensive. I know for I have been there several times. Make sure you write everything down, internet websites that you have gone too and make sure that you have your “selling hat” on. A positive attitude is the key. GOOD LUCK!
