This sounds like another version of the old chain letter. I see them all the time and they are scams. Ignore them. You’ll just lose money. They are also illegal.

There are many small businesses out their that function without an established business plan…however you will run into major problems when your company grows and expands without an action plan. If you are starting up the business…take the time and write one up. If the business is already established it is never too late to create one. You can use software like business plan pro and complete it in a few weeks.

I would list them both as Macy’s but just put down both job titles you had and what dates you held them from.

Why do employment gaps, resume gaps, matter so much to hiring-managers, employers, why do they give a crap?

Question by OCDSportsGuy: Why do employment gaps, resume gaps, matter so much to hiring-managers, employers, why do they give a crap?
about it? why are employers, hiring-managers, wary, reluctant or just have to question someone as to why have they been out of work for a long time? why do they want to know what the person has been doing during that time? especially if it is a minimum-wage entry-level service job, customer-service job in retail, fast-food, restaurant, etc., that pays 8 to 10 bucks an hour?

Why do these type of jobs have the highest, most intense amount of competition in order to get hired at?

Are there any advantages to pay to use a company that provides a list of property’s to buy. They claim to have?

Question by Purla: Are there any advantages to pay to use a company that provides a list of property’s to buy. They claim to have?
cheap properties that ‘are hard to find’ all over London. They want £85 for access to their online list for 12 months. And they categorize properties into lists such as ‘properties needing repair’ and so on. I already have a well known company sending me lists of properties that are being auctioned some being repossessions etc. that don’t charge a fee. Is a fee paying company any better.

I am here in the US but we have those agency’s here to. If you are all ready getting a free listing that should do. I would never get involved with paying for a list because seldom is a property exclusive. Another way of locating properties is to let Brokers and Agents know what you are looking for and they will gladly take your name. i have many agents that E-Mail me listings as soon as they hit the market.

Where do you live?

Do you live in a city where you can have a booth with your art on display and most of the people in your city will be at the same place you are at?

Showing your stuff is what gets you noticed and possibly get you a position in where you want to be.

The problem with making a career in arts is that you really have to be EXTREMELY good at it…there’s no room for second best. Being the best is what makes you money.

“Why in the World are They Spraying?” Documentary HD (multiple language subtitles)

www.whyintheworldaretheyspraying.com People around the world are noticing that our planet’s weather is dramatically changing. They are also beginning to notice the long lingering trails left behind airplanes that have lead millions to accept the reality of chemtrail programs. Could there be a connection between the trails and our severe weather? While there are many agendas associated with these damaging programs, evidence is now abundant which proves that geoengineering can be used to control weather. In this documentary you will learn how the aerosols being sprayed into our sky are used in conjunction with other technologies to control our weather. While geoengineers maintain that their models are only for the mitigation of global warming, it is now clear that they can be used as a way to consolidate an enormous amount of both monetary and political power into the hands of a few by the leverage that weather control gives certain corporations over the Earth’s natural systems. This of course, is being done at the expense of every living thing on the planet. Directed/Produced by Michael J. Murphy and Produced/Edited by Barry Kolsky.. Written by Michael J. I was let go from my job. What do I say to potential employers when they want to know what happened?

Question by curiogirl84: I was let go from my job. What do I say to potential employers when they want to know what happened?
I worked in a customer service job for a month. I loved answering questions and helping people, and listening to their concerns.
However, it wasn’t the job for me. It also dealt with sales. I’m not a salesperson–I’m not aggressive/persistent enough.
I felt the products were not legitimate–they were for weight loss, “male enhancement,” and memory loss/depression.
My supervisor told me when she let me go I wasn’t meeting the minimum requirements for convincing people to keep the products, but if I wanted a reference, she’d be happy to give me one. This makes me think she liked me as a person, but felt I wasn’t cut out for the job.
My question is, how do I explain the situation to prospective employers without sounding negative? I hated the rude people who treated me like crap. If I’d known the job would be in sales, I would never have taken the position.
Also, what are my chances of being hired by someone else? Will they understand I wasn’t cut out for that? Thanks!

Answer by psycho-cook
Personally, I would be totally upfront about the whole situation. Make it clear that you wish to work for a reputable company that is protective of it’s customers. Also make it clear that you would not of taken that job if you had been aware of what the products were. An employer that is looking for reliable, long term employees will hopefully respect your “honor”.
