If may question doesn’t ring familiar, you probably haven’t ever called them. Are there any ATT call center reps out there that can take a guess at my question???

Their service sucks. They just buy out other companies so they don’t have to worry about doing a good job.

result from people being sent home early? The last two places I’ve worked have back-to-back calls for hours and hours leaving my voice hoarse and throat sore-and my temper flared at the end of the day. Is this the new norm-or do some companies still have the “ebb and flow” where some hours are busy, some are evenly paced and other hours are slow? Just wondering if I should rush and change careers if this is going to be the new norm….
