Question by Country Pilot: Can you tell me how to find a job doing BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions)?
I am a Realtor in Nashville, TN who’s been in the real estate business for a couple of years. I’m interested in working for some companies doing BPO’s part-time. Please tell me how I can find some companies who are hiring. Most of the websites want money for this information. Thanks!

From Pune To Nagpur Distance = 880 Kms
Here is the route:
From Pune, take National Highway 50 (NH-50) north through:
Dabhade, Khed, Manchar, Ale, Bote, Dolasne, Sangamner, Nadur Shigote, Sinner to Nashik.
From Nashik, take NH-4 east through:
Pimpalgaon, Chandvad, Umbrane, Malegaon, Arvi to Dhule
From Dhule, take NH-6 east through:
Parola, Erandol, Jalgaon, Bhusawal, Edalabad, Malkapur, Nandura, Khamgaon, Belapur, Akola, Kurankhed, Murtajapur, Bednera, Amravati, Tivsa, Talegaon, Kondahali, Bazargaon to Nagpur.

i want to on which basis they select people to software companies like Infosys, TCS, wipro and other company. how do they select people in each rounds such as test, tech interview and HR intervies. because those who say i did well some times got rejected and people go said i have not done well have selected.
upon which criteria people are selected from aptitude tests.

If this is true how did they make it before their profits trippled?
This all comes from letting all the gas companies merge together to form a monoply on oil. If the goverment would force the companies to break up again, it would cause more compitition. This would force the companies to compete, instead of five sets of holding hands and making billions in profit. The goverment was quick to jump in to Microsoft to bust up ther company, but it seems they are helpless when it comes to the oil companies. Is it a monoply ?

You are correct. Isn’t it interesting how short the pipleline is when the price goes up, but how long the pipeline is when it goes down?
Big oil and republicans go hand in hand. Their bleating is to allow drilling in ANWAR, which will take 20 YEARS to reach us as gasoline. Anything else they say will not help.
My grandkids can figure it out….

The demand (how much of it your clients / potential clients want outsourcing services) and the supply (your competitors also offering outsourced services) varies with time, and at quite different times and quite different rates-of-change depending of EXACTLY what service it is and many other factors.
The winning strategy is to ANTICIPATE the need and become an early player when demand is still high and before the rush of opportunists competing to provide that same service.
The other steadily winning strategy is to provide even a SLIGHTLY higher value / level of service, or do the same service for a SLIGHTLY higher rate, but to do so CONSISTENTLY.
