Sir, I m with bsc(cs) and MSc(IT) distnace education-2002 as there are many gaps in my career, I m working in bpo, mid-sized company, now i have got as VB/SQLSERVER Developer. Now at 32 , it is a small company only, if so, can i preferred this developer job and also if we work in small company will affect the future or the company seeks only talents even though it is experience from small company?BSC(CS).,MS(IT)
