My company will be providing customer service seminars/workshops, also interview seminars to better prepare a candidate for an interview, and also resume services.

I would think you could get a tremendous of leads through local job recruiters. If you offer them a small fee for each referral they will send you both candidates for your resume service, and a list of companies in your area with contacts. Be prepared to give a presentation to these companies explaining the benefits of your service with direct correlation to the impact they can gain to there bottom line.

Question by : Property Management software – what would you recommend someone just starting out in the business as?
the best one to learn (in terms of being a more attractive hire)
Or do you think it will likely be too varied among companies to even chose one to learn?

If I were you, I would go online and look at all the software that is out there. Next, try all the software that has trial offers so you can at least get the basics down. Remember that you did that though and make sure you cancel within the trial period. Different companies use different software this is one way to help you when you look for a position. You may not have the know all of the software but if you can understand the basics then they will take the time to train you.

Question by Ace B: Left the company even before starting work?
hi,
I joined a bpo company hoping that i would stay there for a long time. But unfortunately due to a family emergence i had to leave the job.
the thing is,after getting selected i only attended the induction classes for the first two days only. and on the the third day i am supposed to report to work, but i didnt because of my family emergencie. so technically i did not work at all nor did i undergo any type of training. i just attended the induction class along with many people belonging to different departments. I did not do any official work at all.
Because of my family problem reason
i left the job [which i didnt even start to work] and I am not planning to serve the notice period of two months.
And now the company wants me to pay the notice period money to them.
my question is,
what will happen if I dont pay the notice period amount?

I’m sure you must have signed a contract or employment letter. That is a a legally binding instrument, and you need to read it to find out what you agreed to pay if you didn’t serve a notice period.
Without a contract or your signature on any employment document, they cannot pursue you for the funds.

If you signed a contract stating you have to pay a breach of leave notice, then you have to pay it. If amiable terms fail, they can sue you, and then you’ll have to pay what you owe plus court taxes, lawyers, etc.
It’s better to just get rid of it.
Good luck.

Pune lost to DD by at 8 wickets at home, has the home games starting bugging teams in IPL?

Question by : Pune lost to DD by at 8 wickets at home, has the home games starting bugging teams in IPL?
Sehwag played a great innings of 87/40 after M.Pandey had played a good 1st knock (80/56) in IPL 5 so far, in Uthapa’s company (60/58).
DD chased that down in 16 overs, to go top of the table, with 10 points from 7 games.
Earlier DD lost at home, so did RR, KKR & DC is yet to win, teams are winning whilst travelling & losing at home, is it a new trend?? Pl share your thoughts………..
Pl try to answer this— Who will win next match b/w KKR & DC at the Eden Gardens ??

Answer by Pex Rox
Yes,I also find it very strange,I mean the home ground is an advantage to the home team as they know the conditions well but many teams have lost in their ones,
other question – I hope DC will win it but KKR is a very good team and DC lost to KKR earlier,I’m a big fan of the Chargers and I’m very very sad that they still haven’t won a game,I watched every single DC match and cheered for them till the last ball but what to do ,they lost yet again and I think the match is delayed due to rain ,that’s not good and if they loose this game I don’t think DC will be able to come back ,they are very far behind at the present so they definitely should win this one.I wish good luck for them !!!!
EDIT – oh no ,It was a wash out but what to do ,anyway at least DC got one point, that’s better than loosing the match, finally they are off the mark,I hope they will win their next games,
