According to Star News, BCCI and Sahara have compromised and Pune Warriors will play in IPL. They have reached an agreement paving the way for the corporate giant’s return as the Indian cricket team’s sponsor.
There were rumors that a couple of other companies were ready to pay 1.5 times more than what Sahara is paying right now. Then why did the BCCI carry on with Sahara?

The country has now seen four deaths from swine flu with the number of infected cases rising to 782. On Saturday, 53-year-old Fahmida Panwala from Mumbai and 42-year-old teacher Sanjay Tukaram Kokre from Pune had died of swine flu. Earlier on August 3, 14-year-old schoolgirl Reeda Shaikh also from Pune, had died due to the H1N1 virus.
