Few months of gap between the Jobs can be explained but not working after your degree for 3 years requires some convincing explanation.
Did you do any business at home or does your family has some business in which you contributed something. Many people start their own business or go to college so that they can come back and take care of family business. Once they think that their family business can be taken care by someone else they can go back and get new experiences.
Have you ever worked? If not you may have to compromise and take a job with a BPO or in sales at the junior level. Once you have job its easier to claim you were doing additional things more relevant to what you want to do than what you are actually doing. Just make sure you have all the answers related to that.

I got accepted for a job with a good career path in a multi-national company near my family. I am currently working far from them and the work that I do right now is very easy that it has actually been quite redundant but the bad thing is that there is no assurance for what is so called ” job security”. My supervisor has been very kind to me however, I really feel I need an acceptable reason for her not to feel bad about my resignation. Past employees of the company never tells this supervisor about the actual reason like ” career growth” of shift to another company because this company that I am currently in might call the other companies that you have applied to and try to do something to stop your application. It’s weird that they do that considering the fact that this company that I am affiliated with currently cannot offer job security coz it is a small BPO company on which clients come and go anytime..Is it alright to tell them that I would like to spend more time with my parents at the province?

Keep it short and sweet. Just say something like, “I’ve enjoyed the opportunities that you provided me here at XYZ company, but I have made the decision to move closer to my family.” I wouldn’t go into anything more than that.

What exactly is the reason for the bailout of the auto the companies? You know you’ve heard it on the news (because they never stop talking about it) should we bail Ford out, Chrysler or GM. But what does it all mean for the average American?
I want to be able understand what’s going on.

A lot of people are asking this question. The standard answer is to quell unemployment in the auto industry and related businesses. It depends on who you believe as to how large a number of people will become jobless should the automakers fail. Some say vendors and suppliers would be affected, transportation would feel an impact, and the nation would be dependent on foreign manufacturer’s to make military vehicles. The other question is how many other businesses made bad management decisions by only selling their product or service to the automakers. If your business profits are linked to providing products or services to only one industry, maybe that model needs some evaluation. That being said, those businesses would definitely be at risk of failing right along with the automakers which would add to the number that become unemployed should they fail. Also, cities and states are very concerned about the auto industry failing. They receive tax dollars from them and for some, those dollars comprise a hefty percentage of their operating budgets. In states like mine, CA our unemployment fund is close to insolvency. That means if there is a huge influx of people filing for unemployment as a result of losing their job related to the auto industry, we will not have the money in our unemployment fund to pay their benefits. But, in the end, if your job is not related to the auto industry, your state is not reliant upon taxes paid either by the workers, dealers, plants or related business, you will probably only be affected to the extent that you hear your grandchildren complaining about the high taxes they are paying toward our generation’s bailouts.

Google is saying that they are pulling out of China because Google doesn’t want the Chinese government spying on human rights activists by using their services. Does anyone think this sounds kind of fishy? Why would a multi-billion dollar company lose billions of dollars just because their government is corrupt?
It sounds to me like it may be a money related issue. As for the whole “hacker attack” thing, I am thinking it’s a lie made up by Google to make themselves not look bad. They claim that a hacker attacked their database along with 30 other companies, this seems really hard to believe.

This is the biggest crock of propaganda ever spewed out of the White House. Google was a major contributor to the Obama campaign. China has the largest Internet population in the world. The *supposed* attack on Google was not sophisticated, if there was one at all which most with half a brain in the US understand. The CIA, SS, APNIC & CERT were all well aware of the so called port scans and “alleged” hacks supposedly originating from “China” and have been so for years, and have done nothing – the block of IP addresses they supposedly came from have contact information that is invalid, and could have easily been set up by anyone, anywhere. APNIC is well aware the IP address is registered with invalid information (FYI, APNIC is in Australia). It is, after all, good for the US economy to sell security software and keep whatever software developers that are left here in the US in work. And why should China worry about it – they do, after all, own 51% of Symantec. The first report of these hacks and scans came from a supposed “Congressional Aide” on some hokey political site over a year ago. This is nothing new. China has the world’s largest Internet population in the world, and Google stands to lose astronomical amounts of potential revenue with porn being their biggest money generating source. Google forgets China is their *customer* and regardless of what WE want and like, it is China’s choice what *they* want and like, and certainly not Hillary Clinton’s. And frankly, China should not and does not care, and will hopefully take it for the stupidity it really is, since there has been NO substantiation to Google’s claim – no details, no information except to say it happened. C’mon now.

The economy. Fewer positions are opening up, so fewer new employees are needed. Campus visits and other recruiting devices are affected by demand. Once the economy starts recovering, recruitment efforts should pick up again.

Companies buy software system for reasons. To standardise procedure, to reduce human error, for recording purposes, easy to retrieve information and information can be available fast. Hence, the business becomes more efficient and competitive to their rivals.
Best of breed is a different meaning altogether. It simply means that a software company, through all the years working together with big successful firms, use their successful model as a system for everyone to follow. It is just a guide. However, best of breed is not the way to go any more because every firm is unique to their own environment and country.
Installing a ERP helps you to keep things on the right track. Your records are standard and centralised. A computerised system solution is definitely better than keeping in books / files and papers!
