Why do you want to work at our coffee house?
To gain knowledge and extensive training in the field of employment. (You can attempt to re-word this as you may have a better answer)
Describe in de-tail a time where you provided excellent customer service.
As for this question, I come up empty since I also don’t have work experience. I tried thinking of voluntary work as a substitute for work experience but it does not involve customers.
Good Luck!

Can you read a script? Can you talk on the phone? Call center jobs are no brainer jobs. They don’t require an education or experience to do. You’ll need to be able read and speak clearly, and be able to control a phone call.

Question by Dav G: What are the best questions to ask during a job shadowing event?
I am applying for the Sales Support Representative position at AT&T. The HR manager asked if I would like to visit the store that I might be working at and spend a few hours learning what the job is like.
The position will involve mostly inventory, back-of-the-store work with some aspects of customer service. Has anyone worked in this position before and could you recommend several questions to ask the manager while I’m there? Thanks

Can you answer my FHA short sale questions?
Posted by PuneStuff in Pune Stuff Questions & Answers on January 17th, 2013
Question by curious: Can you answer my FHA short sale questions?
I am involved in negotiating an FHA-backed short sale:
1) Is there a central web site operated by HUD or FHA that can answer general questions regarding FHA loans and short sales? When I google, I get way too many ads and fake site pretending to give good info.
2) Does FHA give moving expenses to the owner if the short sale closes? If yes, how much? (I had heard a rumor that they give $ 1000, but not substantiated.)
3) I understand that HUD makes the owner take a course before they agree to a short sale. How do I enroll her? I’m sure the answer is available on the right website (again question 1!)
4)The owner did not list with MLS. She did try to sell in Craigslist a few times. Will FHA make her list with MLS for 90 days before they approve any short sale? If so, the auction will occur first. Do you think they would waive that requirement.
I know lots of questions. I would be very appreciative of helpful answers. Thank you!!!
Addendum: I believe she may be required to get “counseling” from HUD before agreeing to a short sale (not a short sale “course” — sorry for confusion.)
Best answer:
Answer by Landlord
I do not know of any websites that can give approval information.
I do know that the government is not going to take the hit AND pay her for the privilege.
I also have never heard of a short sale course.
Selling on craigslist does not legally meet the requirement of an attempted sale. If the house has not been listed in the MLS there has not been any legal attempt to sell the property. They will not waive the requirement as no attempt to sell the property was made.
I am not sure what you mean about being involved in negotiating the short sale. Only real estate agents can be legally involved, and if you were an agent you would know that this is not close to reality.
