Question by : purchasing a short sale property – counter offer?
A short sale property was put on the market for 199,900. We offered 195,000 which was accepted by the sellers. Off to the bank the offer went. The bank has determined that the BPO of the property should have been $ 220,000. The bank told the listing broker to RE-LIST the property at $ 209,900 and make a counter offer to us at that price.
We have no problem at all waiting as long as it takes for a short sale to go through, but are not sure how to respond to this nonsense. Any thoughts??

the obvious problems (and issues) are:
1. you don’t own the software (you are only lisenced to use)
2. you cannot modify it
3. may not fully fulfill your needs
4. does not give your system unique to competitors
5. does not comply to your organisation network policy/security setting
6. lack of control on what it does
7. may be lack of support from vendor

actually this is my board project. so i m not getting it on the net so i need to buy a book. i live in pune. and the project says the i need to describe about the latest tsunami and what were the causes, reasons, effects, etc about the latest tsunami. so i m not getting it on the net so if u know where the exact thing can be found then please help me because it is my 20 marks board project or tell me the place and shop’s name from where i can get a book on it. i live in pune, india
