for a school project i need to identify and contact new manufacturing companies…”new ventures” or “start-ups” if you will. I know there are news articles and such about start ups, but I’m looking for an official listing of new manufacturing companies.
well who are these companies that provide it at a fee?
So i have to contact every city in Massachusetts to find out the new companies in the state? is there a more efficient way?

There really isn’t such a list. There are some companies that can provide such a list but they charge for the information.

Can someone tell me the names of some publishing companies where it is easy to get a good fiction book published? I know like with Penguin, Random House, e.t.c. it is hard to get a book published because it is competitive, so I am looking for perhaps a smaller or less competitive company that would easily accept an exeptionally good story. I don’t care about how much I would get paid for the book deal, although I should hope to get as much as possible. Can someone list some smaller or less competitive companies where it would be easy to get an exceptionally good story accepted?

If your story in quirky try mcsweeney’s if not, there are a ton of indie publishers out there look at the distributor web site such as PGW.com or NBN.com for indie pub lists.

i heard they issued a list about companies that dont fulfil all the safty rules that should be put to practice, but couldnt find it over the internet.
