Liberals, so health insurance companies give bonuses to people who deny coverage?

Question by ホワイトガイプアーズ翻訳: Liberals, so health insurance companies give bonuses to people who deny coverage?
This is another example of fact taken OUT OF CONTEXT. There is such a thing as MEDICAL FRAUD.

Example: Someone gets in a wreck and claims they were severely injured so they can sue and get lots of money. This HURTS hospitals and insurance companies. If, however, you prove that it is a fraud, you save everyone money, hence the bonus.
My question is this: How are you against employees getting bonuses for doing this?

Best answer:

Answer by Steve-O in AZ
Do you have a question?

Edit: I’m all for them getting bonuses for exposing fraud. However, I know some in the industry. They get bonuses for denying claims as well.

There are 20 people on the board of directors of a publicly listed company. Each pair of people are either fri?

Question by Sagar: There are 20 people on the board of directors of a publicly listed company. Each pair of people are either fri?
There are 20 people on the board of directors of a publicly listed company. Each pair of people are either friends or enemies with each other. Every person has exactly 6 enemies on the board. If every group of 3 directors form a committee, what is the total number of committees that are formed by all friends or all enemies?

Best answer:

Answer by M3
consider a 20 sided polygon (icosagon) and join all possible pairs.
color enemy pairs as red, and friend pairs as green.
consider each person a vertex, and each triangle a committee.

let there be N bi-colored triangles, then there are 2N vertices from which both colors emerge.

and if we consider any particular vertex, there are 6*13 ways for both colors emerging, ie 20*6*13 in total, so 2N = 20*6*13 , N = 780

the remaining triangles, 20c3 – 780 = 360 must be monochromatic
ie formed of all friends or all enemies

ans: 360

It can be social but not to much. I don’t want a job involving customer service. I don’t have a college education.

Best answer:

Answer by Crazy Cat Lady >^.^<
I have social anxiety and surprisingly found that being a nurse or nurses aide is very therapeutic. I think it is because helping people refocuses your attention putting the anxiety away for a little while.

Can people with hearing impairments work in call centres?

Question by Bob: Can people with hearing impairments work in call centres?
Can people with mild to moderate hearing impairments realistically work in call centres? (in terms of practicality)

Best answer:

Answer by Sarah
I think so. My roommate works in a call center, and I think I remember him talking about a woman that was working there and doing well for herself. I would assume that the company has a method for aiding those with impairments to do their jobs well. Not to mention the fact that most call centers have very high tech systems with updated head pieces that make it easier for everyone to understand what comes through the phone.
