I don’t really know but these look good to me. There are so many that doesn’t include these words but we can’t describe anything more than what you’ve said….

I have a B.A. and have also completed graduate coursework in IT and Business Management. The only problem is that I have somehow “wedged” myself into call center jobs over the past 4 years after graduation. I literally cannot stand the environment, but I have had tremendous difficulty getting into any other field. It usually goes like this… I end up taking a call center job, get burned out, quit the job (last instance was a year tenure) and then end up having to take ANOTHER call center job because I cannot get anything else!
I have plenty of talent, and would be suited for a variety of different work environments, but why the heck do I have such a hard time escaping the call center? I am concerned as my resume is going to start looking like a call center, job hopping joke, and I need help. This will not fly, the older I get.

I worked at Telemarketing Jobs for over 2 years, I know the feeling. I took a lower paying job at a temp agency so that I could get that off my resume. They helped me get a job doing something else.

Hello my dear Answerers,
I am working in a software company as a system administrator. We have a BPO department which needs to send faxes to U.S. & Cananda. I was previously using VoIP for faxing but It gave me tons of problems. So, Now I’ve switched to Normal Tata Indicom PSTN line. The problem is about solved but I need a robust software. Faxing became issue for our company. And we need to purchase any good software for it. There are 6 users in BPO and they’ll increase upto 80 in next month. everyone needs to send fax. Before this I was using Bitware but due some bugs I’m now using NetCFax demo. It’s good. But Sometime makes problem. I have only 6 days to purchase any software. Please help in this regard. Software without email to fax will be better. I want direct faxing.

ok I don’t know if it’s help but why don’t you try a software name: fax machine it’s really helped me so give it a try you can search for it fax machine v2.23

It’s been a long time since I been on Yahoo Answers. So first of all a very big hi to all of you…!
My friend is starting a BPO company in Sri Lanka and he wants some help on naming it. So I thought of asking some of you guys to help me out.
We are looking for a creative and out of the box name for this company. Although it will be situated in Sri Lanka we will be working with western clients. Therefore, we want a name which suit that kind of clientele. Any types of suggestion are welcome and totally unrelated name like “Steve Jobs naming his company Apple” is the kind we are mostly interested in. So guys just go ahead and suggest away

I’m creating a database for music in MySQL , I have 2 tables so far.
{* = primary key}
One table is Artist, which consists of the (Artist Name*, Num of Albums)
My second table is Albums which has (Album Name*, Num of Tracks, Artist Name, Genre, Record Company, Year Released)
I want to create another table which has the tracks for the Albums individually, however it seems I’m going to have a lot of redundant data, which I want least as possible. I want to know if my structure could use some tuning or if I need to restructure it from scratch.

Peronally I would do something like this:
Artist: Artist_PK, Arist_Name, … any personal data you want
You don’t need Number of Albums since this can be computed with a simple query.
Album: Album_PK, Artist_FK, Album_Genre, Album_Record, etc.
Where Artist_FK is a foreign key reference to the the Artist table.
Tracks: Tracks_PK, Album_FK, Track1, Track2, etc.
Again, Album_FK is a foreign key reference to the album.
This way all tables are links with foreign keys and you limit redundant data.

I need to be able to:
1. Add a new person to the data base
2. Modify the data about a person
3. Delete a person from the database
4. Search the database for a matching name, or match a phone number or a part of a phone number, by city or state, and by part of an email address.

I just would like to have something that I can keep track of people on other than Access because I hate it.

I hate to give you bad news but there are not many entry-level programming positions. You would be better off taking advertising courses because that is really what you are doing at the software company where you currently work.
