Question by AVON Janet: If I am very customer service oriented what jobs might be good for me?
I am about to lose my job in collections where I have 100% satisfaction surveys due to the work moving. My strength is helping the customer by listening, explaining and understanding, my downfall is I enjoy talking so my call time is something I actually have to work at. I prefer working over the phone and not face to face but when you are losing your job because they are downsizing and moving the work you just gotta move on. I am looking in Sacramento Californi but I live in Rancho. any suggestions?

There are tons of things that can arise with a large scale database. Here are some problems that occur with all databases:
1. Databases crash and need repaired manually.
2. Databases need optimized and repaired regularly to ensure maximum performance.
3. Care must be used when changing data types of fields to ensure there is no loss in data when there are thousands of entries in one database.
4. Databases need to always be backed up regularly to ensure if there is an attack or loss of data that the original data can be restored.
