You can look at ERP5′s solution for small businesses which name is TioLive. It is an online ERP which just requires you to register on the platform. Then, you have a personal account and you can access to all the software features.
Go to the website and you will find out if it is good for you.

What is the job market like in Las Vegas compared to Los Angeles?

Question by ~Lovely~: What is the job market like in Las Vegas compared to Los Angeles?
I am considering leaving Los Angeles to Las Vegas for a fresh start.I wanted to know what industries have the most jobs available. I am 22 so I don’t have a lot of work experience. Most of my work experience is in Customer service and Security. I am also interested in going to cosmetology school there, or possibly studying art.

Answer by lvgeno
Job market is terrible here. Major casinos are laying off workers. That is where the most jobs here in vegas are situated. When they do have to hire someone there are 50 applicants for each opening. Plus the fact they are experienced and already live here makes it even more difficult for someone to move here and find work. The area that is still doing well is security but there are reasons for it. I would not suggest moving here at this time.

Q&A: I am starting a business…It is customer service training company, what is the best way to market?

Question by holly s: I am starting a business…It is customer service training company, what is the best way to market?
My company will be providing customer service seminars/workshops, also interview seminars to better prepare a candidate for an interview, and also resume services.

Answer by jamie h
I would think you could get a tremendous of leads through local job recruiters. If you offer them a small fee for each referral they will send you both candidates for your resume service, and a list of companies in your area with contacts. Be prepared to give a presentation to these companies explaining the benefits of your service with direct correlation to the impact they can gain to there bottom line.

Q&A: What are the best employers in the Dallas, TX area? How is the job market?

Question by MorningStar: What are the best employers in the Dallas, TX area? How is the job market?
I have a degree in global management and comm; my background employment/experience includes customer service, but more recently the focus has been 2yr colleges and 4-yr universities. I am not utilizing my degree in the position I have now but would like to find a job requiring a Bachelor’s. We are planning to move to Dallas towards the end of this year, granted the job market is good.

I feel bad that no one has answered this yet. I wish so bad that I could help you. If no one answers you aside from me you may try putting this question in the Dallas category under Local Businesses. It’s easy to get to. Simply click on the ‘Local Businesses’ category. Then find the United States and click on it. Then select ‘Dallas’. People who have the answers you need may check that category regularly and more often than this category. Congratulations on moving to Dallas. I have been all over the country and Dallas is my favorite city. It is so interesting and I love the people. And since I am, so far, no help in this question, I will give you my personal opinion on the best towns to live. You will definitely need to pick a town close to where you work as high as gas prices are now for one thing. But, most any suburb in the north are great. I recommend Frisco, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Lewisville, Richardson, Plano, any one of these are good. Irving is in the east Dallas area and I have always liked that area but people on Yahoo! Answers give it mixed reviews. Almost all of the towns in the northern part of Dallas are family oriented communities with fairly low crime rates. I will also advise you that I have heard that Arlington in West Dallas has a very high crime rate and the person said they did not recommend living there. They were saying that they lived there and couldn’t afford to move to another close town at the moment but that when they could, they were gone. Also, this is some tourist-y stuff you might like to know. Dallas has more shopping per capita than any other city in the United States. So shopping is a must. There are tons of malls, stores, and boutiques in Dallas. The malls that I recommend to you are (in order of best to 4th Best): The Galleria (Dallas), Stonebriar Centre (Frisco), Northpark Mall (Dallas), and Grapevine Mills Mall (Grapevine). I also recommend all of the stage theaters and art galleries/museums. As far as historical sites, you must see the 6th Floor Museum, the Conspiracy Museum, and The Dallas Holocaust Museum. I might also suggest that you check out the Mustangs of Las Colinas and the Las Colinas Movie Studio (very interesting). I recommend that you buy this book: Dallas & Fort Worth: A Pictorial Celebration (ISBN: 9781402725616). You could also get an interlibrary loan on it if you didn’t want to buy it. You can do that at your local library. Hope this Helps even though it doesn’t answer your particular question! God Bless!*

Is it possible to get a good job in this market with 0 experience?

Question by Fox: Is it possible to get a good job in this market with 0 experience?
I’m hoping to enter the job market very soon after a long stint as a homemaker. I have some customer service and technical editor experience under my belt from a trillion years ago, but that’s about it. I need to somehow manage to find a job to support a family on nothing more than a bachelor’s degree in a useless major [Anthropology] and very little work or technical experience. Is it possible in this market? What areas/occupations should I look into?

Best answer:

Answer by H B
You might try some temp jobs. This will put some experience under your belt and also give you the chance to try some things out so that, hopefully, you later won’t be working at a job you hate.

I also suggest you talk to friends and see how they ended up in the jobs they have now.

Answer by mrreliable3599
Oh boy, anything other than sociology or economics. Sorry, there just aren’t a lot of good jobs out there for sociologists or economists.

Accounting definitely. Accounting is the language of business spoken through numbers and reports. Every business has some kind of accounting system going on.

What is the safest way to find a company to produce and market your invention with no financial investment?

Question by Henry Longfellow: What is the safest way to find a company to produce and market your invention with no financial investment?
I need to know how I can get my invention produced and marketed with no money out of pocket, without getting ripped off, and if a company did handle it, what percentage would I get? Thanks

Best answer:

Answer by squeezie_1999
IMHO all the invention promotion and development companies you see advertised on TV and the internet are scams. Their business is basically to sell you a brochure and about an hour of market research that you could do yourself on the web in as much time. If you do not file a patent application for your invention, then disclosing it, marketing it or selling it, may cause you to lose all future rights and make it liable to copying by anyone without royalties to you. However, you can take the first step and get some patent protection for 1 year, without a lawyer by filing a “provisional application” yourself directly with the US patent office. The cost is $ 80. and you get a year’s breathing time to find out if your invention has commercial potential while still protecting any patentable aspects of it. There are dangers and pitfalls in the process. You can get all the info you need at the US patent office website: www.uspto.gov.

But …… most ‘inventions’ have no commerical value at all – particularly if they originate with someone who is not active in the relavent industry. If you are looking for others to finance the patenting, development, production and marketing of your product, then you will need to have a extensive and professional quality description and promotional package to shop it around. You can do it yourself, but it’s a lot of work. Step one ….. is to get expert knowlege of the details of the appropriate industry, do the research and now the market opportunity thoroughly ….. so convincingly that others will be willing to put their $ at risk. What can you get? Most inventors overestimate the value of their ‘idea’ and underestimate the value of everything else that goes into making and selling a product. For an appliance or hardware device with a solid issued US patent behind it, you might get as much as 3 – 5% of the sellling price, but more likely in the 1% range. For a software or system product, the numbers get bigger. But …… no company or investor is likely to look seriously at anything, unless you have demonstrated your committment to it by investing your own time and money in patenting and researching it and it’s market.
