Few months of gap between the Jobs can be explained but not working after your degree for 3 years requires some convincing explanation.
Did you do any business at home or does your family has some business in which you contributed something. Many people start their own business or go to college so that they can come back and take care of family business. Once they think that their family business can be taken care by someone else they can go back and get new experiences.
Have you ever worked? If not you may have to compromise and take a job with a BPO or in sales at the junior level. Once you have job its easier to claim you were doing additional things more relevant to what you want to do than what you are actually doing. Just make sure you have all the answers related to that.

Hi,
I want to join any medical company as Medical Representative.Please any one tell me whom to contact or whom shall i call.You may know some managers from any medical company or you may be one of them.IO have a experience of 2 years in MNC BPO.I am in need of a job.Please let me know.Or tell me which is best career pathway besides from BPO.I am B.Sc (PCM) graduate.

First of all what is a BPO?
If you want to work for a Multinational Pharma Company you can try looking at jobstreet.com.
Most of the top pharma companies advertise there.
Or you could try your luck as a walk in Applicant.
Sanofi-Aventis has it’s office at the second floor of the Feliza Bldg in Legaspi Village Makati.
Or you could try United Laboratories at United Street in Mandaluyong.
It would take guts and talent to make it as a PMR.

Hi friends, I’m planning to attend interviews in the following BPO’s. Sutherland, Sitel, CSS, scope international, Allsec? Which is the best? Also i have an experience of over 3.5 years experience in BPO’s. The important question is how much will these companies pay me considering my experience? Thanks in advance friends!!

ok its my opinion
1.Sutherland—–> sure above 20k [heavy work load]
2.Allsec———> i heard less pay usually 15k
3.css/sitel/scope intl—–>very average
so its upto u to make a decision better try in the order above

Yes, but the Wipro incident MAY make it a little bit harder for you to find another company willing to allow you to join. So you might have to be somewhat patient in your search for another company.
The Wipro bpo thing was a GREAT opportunity for you !! Why did you not do training with them ?? Why did you leave after only two days ??

Hi, the choice of your company totally depends on what you seek to achieve.
This is more of a small vs. large company dilemma that most fresh graduates face (I faced the same).
Based on my my experience of working for a small company and of what I have heard from my friends in large companies, I can list the following:
Small companies:
a. Small companies give you a head start in career as compared to large companies.
b. Typically, you work on more number of projects and hence get more exposure
c. you are not no bench for a very long duration. Usually less than one week. This ensures you are busy all the time
d. You get more exposure and visibility as the number of employees is less
e. Customised training for project deliver
Large companies:
a. Brand value
b. Larger offices
c. General training to cover all campus graduates from computers, electronics, civil and other streams
Both small and larger companies offer good clients to work for but small companies offer better learning as you get better exposure and in depth learning as compared to bigger companies.
My suggestion will be go for small companies that will offer a better learning opportunity and quality exposure.

I am from Mumbai and planning to go to Pune to join FTII to learn acting and get into film industry quickly, few of my friends suggests me to join a good acting school in Mumbai rather.
I am a little confused, should I go to FTII Pune, if yes, what are the benefits, if no, can someone recommend any good acting institute in Mumbai.
Kindly suggest.

I personally think travelling all the way to Pune and joining FTII just to learn acting is NOT a good Idea.
Yes, if you want to do it from a recognized university to add to your resume then you may go for it.
Being in the film industry I can tell you one thing, Film Industry is not like a multinational company where they ask for certifications or university of education.
Understand my friend, No film directory or producer would select you in there movie just because you have an acting Certificate from FTII.
If you think just by joining FTII can get you into film industry easily then you are mistaken.
How many Super Star from bollywood can you name who passed there acting course from FTII ?
If it was that easy to get into film and TV, then any tom **** and harry can act in a film.
I would rather suggest you to join some good acting school in Mumbai, and put your 100% to observer others and grasp confidence and attend auditions as much as possible.

I’m in IT and would most probably get a job as an application developer or a database person. Would my employer provide me some training related to developing software or/and database when I start as I’m not a very good programmer?

Relational database design (such as with Oracle) is mostly done nowadays with application software that helps you keep the database well designed and the relationships useful. Very little programming is done down in the code, although you would be expected to be able to write SQL queries and design reports. You would need a thorough grasp of the theory of relational databases.
Some relational databases do not operate the same way Oracle does. You may need a decent mentor to help you get your feet on the ground.
I think most employers expect to do at least some orientation and training for new hires, because every environment is different. The main thing is to work accurately, even if you’re not particularly fast at first.
