i have exp both in domestic and International , now my husband does not want me to work in night shifts, i too the same , but salary wise this is a bad option and also he does not want me to travel far away for the job. if i get near by it would some small company and obviously not a corporate,

I am used to the corporates and now find it difficult to work in these companies, to add these low pay makes me loose the interest in work conversely i am sure i cannot travel far ? I am very confused what to do and this thoughts are making me crazy.

I have an offer for a domestic BPO in my hands right now , but i am thinking very much to join the same due to my past bad experiences , plz advice me what to do ?

Hi Radhika,

Why dont you try in a company like Xansa, where in you do not have to work in US shift.
We work UK shift ( 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM ). It is a international BPO and a big one indeed.
Over here you would not only get good facilities but also very good work envioranment.
I am working in the resourcing department here, if you want I can put your CV forward.
This company is based at Noida.
