More trouble for Hasan Ali

Bombay HC orders Session Court to proceed in Pune-based stud farm owner Hasan Ali Khan in connection money laundering and tax evasion. The Sessions Court has been told not to wait for the outcome of the PIL filed in the case. Enforcement Directorate assures the HC that the central government will soon issue a notification appointing an advocate. HC says any advocate can appear on behalf of ED with letter of authority issued from ED. It has already been a 50-day delay by the Sessions Court in starting to hear the bail application of Ali.
