Well this person I know gets high every day on marijuana before work and after everyday!! Now this person is a comcast call center tech in which they don’t random drug test after the first screening test I want to report this persons abuse in the work place what do I do? And no I do not work at the same job

I work as customer service agent for more than 2 years now. Most of the time you encounter a lot of complaint . I feel stressed from work. I had already taken 2 weeks off from work just a month ago but I still feel stressed out. I am afraid I might be burned out . I need my job since its so hard to find work these days and I like the people I work with .

I felt the same way you did. I worked retail (2 jobs) and I got burned out. I said I would never go back. It might be time to move on…or maybe find another area to focus on at work. If you feel burned out and stressed you need to consider you well-being first. Maybe a new place, focusing on new people, new job title, new job duties will help you out?

I am looking for a work from home job, that is legit. I have excellent Data Transcription skills, as well as great customer service, and typing skills. But, it seems that these “Work From Home” places are all scams. How can I get in touch with a legit business ?

Unless you have very specific skills, such as graphic design, web design, computer programming, there are no real internet work at home jobs. You will just be bombarded with all kinds of scams.

In other words, if I have a holding company called Holding Company X and it has 2 ‘child’ companies under it (Company A and Company B), can assets from Company A be used as capital for Company B? How does that work?

If X is the holding company with 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries Company A and Company B, then the shares of A and B are already owned by X.
However if A and B are not wholly-owned by X, then A might transfer some of its assets to B in exchange not for cash, but for shares in B. In A’s books, it has disposed of the assets but now has instead an investment in B. In B’s books, it has issued common stock not for cash, but for assets.
