My father and his friend started a software company by investing equal shares. The company was running smoothly for one year and they decided to get loan and invested more money on their company. Suddenly recession has affected their business and his friend died due to heart attack. Is there any suggestion to resolve my father’s debt?

You need a financial consultant or a corporate lawyer, not us Yahoo! who don’t know the situation.
If the company is an actual legal entity (corporation, LLC, etc.) then it can declare bankruptcy, and would not affect your father. However, it almost sounds as if your father and his friend entered into a GP (general partnership). Only way to tell is to see the company papers and government registration papers. In that case, when one partner die, the partnership usually will dissolve. Again, this depends on the partnership agreement.
So the first thing you need is to find the partnership agreement of the company, that established the “equal shares” or whatever. THEN you can tell what needs to be done.

My father in law had expired 4 months back he had a brain hambriage and had fallen from scotter while goining to work he is 68 year old. i have register this claim with my company ADP India PVT LMT since 3 months. he was admmited to deepak hospital from local public in ahmednager the people who had admmited him to the hospital have not inform the hospital authority that he had fallen from the scotter, hence they havent resigtered an RTA and had done the futher treatment. Afterwards he was shifted to sayadri hospital in pune and they doctor over her have registered a RTA and a MLC too. Now the TPA is FHPL and the insurance company is new india insurance now they have delayed the claim since more than 3 months and now after 3 months they are getting back to me stating that you have to provide us with a written document stating they differences in both hospital statement’s. I have tried my level best to make them undustand this but this insurance people are troubling me a lot. If they want to ask this they would have asked this before 3 months now after asscalating this matter to the HR and my Manger they are coming back to me and asking me this question. As per there policy they settle claim in 25 working day.
Now please suggset me what am i suppose to do so that my claim is passed..
And even my father in law had expired.

make sure the RTA is aware that he fell off scotter and call them back in 25 buisness day

My father often says that he is connected with GOD, he can see some circles around there photographs etc. He has such kind of illusion across the life. He has taken bhang throughout his life, and had serious mental illusion in past.My father is 63 years old, and taking medication for diluting clots in brain nerves.
For example if he is in a city for example Pune, then he will start saying that the pleasant weather is there , because he is in the ciry, and he believes he has power to change weather like if he will say that there will be no rain for two days then it should not be, many of the times he himself realized that this is not true, but this keeps on happening. I want to know how we should react or act on his statements which are not realistic, and how to keep things going good ? My mother tried whole life to explain that all this is illusion, is it the right approach going further?
Any suggestion will help..
