what does a customer service supervisor do? this job is working for realstate ecomerce .
i dont have experience with working as a “customer service staff supervisor” or administrative
assistant.Should i even apply? and if so HOW should i tell them that i dont have experience?

- Following up on billing disputes and inquiries
- Data verification
- Correspondence with customers and partners
- Office administration and inventory
- Filing
- Miscellaneous clerical/administrative tasks and projects

I think that it all depends on the company in question. Many companies have different job titles for similar positions and visa versa. Some companies will also hire without any experience and others will not.
When I think of a customer service supervisor, I tend to think of the customer service counter at my grocery store. There are always employees there to redeem lottery tickets, bottle returns, cash paychecks, handle money orders, and so forth. With that said, there is always a person wearing a different uniform standing on the sidelines. I tend to think of that person as the supervisor of the customer service department.
It wouldn’t hurt to apply for the job even if you don’t have any experience. Just know that your chances of getting a call for an interview might be less than others who apply.
When filling our your job application or resume, post as much relevant information as you can. This includes volunteer work where you worked with consumers and provided service. Something as simple as being a cashier at a mall store will help. Although you do not have management or supervisor experience, the customer service experience will come in handy.

I have been in customer service for over ten years and want a career change. I want to work somewhere that doesn’t require me to be around people in a customer service environment. Any suggestions would be great!

We have let a stray cat make her home at our house and she has had kittens. The kittens were born march 10th, I am wondering why they are still breast feeding off of her? when will they stop? what’s the best type of food for them? They are going to be out door cats that we have been bringing in at night closing the door for them to sleep inside. whats the best way to care for them? how many times a day should they eat?

every time i call one of these corporations customer service departments, i get confronted with a voice that is obviously indian, even though they claim their names are ‘bob’ or ‘jake’ or ive even heard ‘tiffany’. all with the indian accent of course. when did this become acceptable? why did we allow corporate america to do this to us? we have a 9 % unemployment rate, and yet these people are answering the phones. outrageous!

Many companies are starting to bring those jobs back to the US. However, I the savings is so huge for a US corporation, that they almost have to outsource. So, for utilities and other companies that you have to use, do not look for any drop in outsourcing.

I’m allergic to all of those things listed above (ya it sucks), I was wondering if there any alcoholic beverages that don’t have those in them? I noticed that practically none of the companies list ingredients for beer, whiskey, vodka ect, and I was hoping someone here might have some info

brandy is from grapes
vodka is potatoes and grain
rum is made from sugar cane

Why don’t companies such as microsoft, google, samsung, lenovo make both hardware and software for their computers like Apple? Why most companies only do one?

Because they’re quite different fields. If all your employees’ expertise is based around making software, starting to make hardware is no easy feat. The same is true vice versa. So it’s only natural that most companies only do one.
Apple is actually not that big on hardware. Apple’s part in Apple computers is primarily the visual design and the branding/advertisement, the actual hardware is provided by the same companies that make hardware for most other computers, like Intel.

hello everybady.this is prem.i am not well educated,based upon my qualification,i have coosen to work with any of the bpo.But i am grtting rejected by each and every company.my be my communication is not good.i am very poor and i cant effort to take any coaching.i am getting depressed and loosing hopes day by day.i want help from you.
