How do I decide the tolerences, fits, geomatrical tolerence. Which are the parts whicl will require tolerences.

First I congratulate you,if it works for long time well and good .What is the limitation of vibration balancing ?It should not damage the pump or Motor bearing due to abnormal vibration.In this I cannot give you the exact tolerance I will check With my colleagues who is doing the balancing & back to you.Best of Luck.
