well let me give you a proper picture…
for accomodation the best idea i s paying guest…would cost you around 1000 in city may be more or less as per the location
food..500+ one time meal…you have messes to make it easy…
travel may cost you bus pass 600 monthly train is cheaper if you have your vehicle the have fun you may want to travel a lot coz there is lots to see around pune…so add all that up…

It really depends on how complicated the data is arranged in the spreadsheet and the type of database that is needed. Do you already have a database populated with the necessary tables? If so, the database administrator can probably export the data into .csv files that can be imported into the database. If the spreadsheet data is in a convenient format then it doesn’t take more than a few minutes to ingest the data into the database. In some cases the data needs to massaged to work with the target database (usually fields like dates and times). The database administrator will also need to spend some time figuring out how to index the tables. All of these tasks take time and just depend on the types of data being transferred and the type of database involved.
If there are hundreds or thousands of spreadsheets a really good IT or dba can probably write a Perl script to automate the entire process.

Oil executives had to go before congress to explain their high profits. The 5 biggest oil companies made a profit of 123 billion dollars last year. What if they took just 1 billion of those, and sunk it into the price of gasoline. Would that lower the cost signifigantly? I think the price is artificial, though I am no expert on economics. If everyone is hurting so terribly on prices, then the oil companys should be hurting to.
