Outsourcing is advantageous mainly when:
You have other business to take care of; so by outsourcing you save your time.
Normally by outsourcing, you get the expertise in the particular areas. When companies do not have managerial or technical talents then by outsourcing, they get the best through outsourcing.

I put an offer of $ 170,000 on a short sale duplex that was listed for $ 200,000. I was the only offer. The BPO came back from the bank at $ 230,000. How can they expect to get that much when there weren’t any other offers?
About how much would the bank lose to foreclose on the property and try to sell it themselves? Would it be reasonable for them to think they can make more money than my offer?
The sellers agreed to pay closing costs and section 1 items. If it becomes an REO it will be sold “as-is”. There are lots of REOs for sale in my area.

Doesn’t really matter what you think about bank refusing your offer, OR how many offers were submitted, or whether the bank is acting reasonably. They aren’t answerable to you. Foreclosure costs tens of thousands of dollars. It is tax deductible, but, when you consider they’re already at a loss, and everything less they take digs them a deeper hole.
You need to up your offer or move on to another property. Apparently there are many to choose from, so don’t spin your wheels.

When old commercial ships, (tankers, container ships and so forth) are sent to places like India and Pakistan to be broken up for scrap, do the companies that owned them profit from this, or do they have to pay to have it done?
If they are selling them for profit, approximately how much money do they earn per ship?
I’m talking about money earned or cost to the original owners of the ship, not the profits of the scrap companies.

After getting much more than 10 / 12 times of invested money as return, nobody should bother to pay for breaking a ship to crash and free some space and new look for fresh business.

Basically I am interestest in finding out if a company listed on NASDAQ that purchased two other website companies recently has to file the price that they paid anywhere, like in their 10-K. They do mention the purchase of these companies in the 10-K, but there is no mention of the price. On the other hand, they purchased another, much larger website, and the price they paid for it was specified in the 10-K. Are there any supplemental filings that might have the price paid for the smaller companies? Thanks very much.

There is no disclosure requirement for immaterial purchases, according to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 141, Business Combinations. I’m not aware of any other filings that would mention the price paid for the smaller companies. You could possibly find out that information by asking someone who was actually involved with the acquisitions.

Congrats,
Cost of living depends on your living standard and area of preference.
The amount you are getting is good enough to stay at Pune.
You can get 2BHK for 6K to 30K, and rest of the things are in similar ratio.

The insurance companies fight with health care providers to try to keep costs down because they obviously have an interest in paying less.
Why do we hear so little about the crazy prices providers charge?
It almost seems like many liberals think the insurance companies ARE the providers.
Why has Obama chosen to demonize the insurance companies but not the providers that actually charge the insane prices in the first place?

Because Obama, Reid and Pelosi told them to. Private insurance carriers have an average of a 6% profit annually, so I don’t understand why they put all of the blame on them. I don’t agree with some of the practices of insurance companies, but they are not solely to blame for this mess.
