IPL ROW:Mumbai police busted a high profile rave party in a posh hotel in Juhu last night. Huge haul of party drugs seized, 19 foreign nationals, budding personalities from film and music world and 2 IPL players, Indian Rahul Sharma and South African Wayne Parnell of the Pune Warriors were among the 128 people held from the Oakwood Hotel. Rahul Sharma in his defence said that he was unaware of the rave party, but had come to attend a birthday party.

I recently went into TJ Maxx and was caught stealing 55 dollars worth of merchandise. It was really stupid because I usually dont do things like this and this was my first {and last} time!!!The Loss Prevention Officer caught me and directed me to his office. He said the police would not be involved but I had to fill out paper with a compny named “Choicepoint.” and he said i am no longer allowed in TJ Maxx. I just wanted to know will this go on my record. He told me that Choicepoint will be informed and i will have to pay a fine but he also said that it would be entered into some database. Is this just the database for TJX companies or a national database. I am a pre-med major that made a STUPID mistake. If I ever apply to work at a hospital,will this show up? I really need to know what is going to happen. I wouldnt ever apply to a retail store so im not concerned about that but my main issue is will it be public records?

Choicepoint is company that provides a national database used by creditors and insurance companies for a number of data collecting purposes. So I would think it would be on a credit report type thing for you, will probably follow you for 7 or 10 years.

Just as the question asks. What are the risk these days. Is it higher than previously or slim. Also, are the companies that go after file sharers mostly TV, Movie and Music industry related or are software companies going after people too? If you remove the program after you downloaded the software, won’t that cancel your account and thus take away any liability?

I don’t think there is a chance for being caught downloading a torrent.

New Hero Honda Bike Caught testing!!!!

New Hero Honda Bike under testing. caught it during my trip from jaipur to delhi near Hero Honda’s Dharuhera Plant, near Bilaspur. The bike is awesome. It’ has rear disc Brakes, front of course, muscular body, more rider friendly seating position, digital speedometer, led tails lamps and indicators in the rear resemble to CBZ Xtreme, the capacity of the engine is not known by me, but by the size of bike i can say that it is either new 250 cc FI bike or maybe 300/350 cc Bike. The video was taken by me on 29/07/09. Most Probable launch of this bike will be during Diwali season. It’s for sure that the bike is under testing and this time Hero Honda is really going to shut the mouths of many in the market. Lets see what happens in future.
