I am planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment in aundh, baner and nearby area. Please tell me the name of reputed builders. I am looking for a possession towards the beginning of next year.

Difficult to answer this question because even the most reputed builders cannot be trusted in today’s times. There are reputed builders who have taken almost the full money for the apartments and not delivered even after 2 years. Work in a building could stall even towards the end of the construction stage, before the finishing etc. So, its best to buy something absolutely ready and fit to move in immediately. Or else, it may be a gamble.

Considering a project by Rohan builders at Rohan Seher (resale). Can anyone share experiences with them, construction quality, honoring of promises. Also how is location of Seher vs location near Omega residency for living purposes?

They do ok. Sometimes late with their promises but only a day or two. The work is great with very few complaints.
