Should I accept a Volkswagen Offer in India?

I might get an offer from Volkswagen India. They are starting at Pune. The position is for IT. Should I go for it? I got a call from Director of Marketing and Sales Volkswagen, India.

Please share your expert opinion. I am currently working for a software service major indian company.

Any help will be appreciated.
