Question by April: Quit call center job with the electric company for waitress job?
at the yard house thats in a really busy area.
Does this seem like a bad idea?

It does to me. Look into moving up where you are now. They know you and wud probably want to keep you.

It sounds like a good move to me, if waitressing is what you really want to do. It might be more stressful, but more active and exciting, too.
