I would love to address “TheSultanKarim” and any other Ismaili brothers, I don’t know where are u from , I am not liking the way you are interacting with each other , this is not way of Muslims and Ismailis nor it falls under the code and conduct of any Muslim sect to descerate the values of others sister communities . If the Ismailis follow true Islam then why all the secrecy? Why has there never been a video on Youtube of worship from inside a Jamat Khana for all to see? Maybe you can teach us how wrong we are in following Muhammad and not your Aga Khan. Even though these ‘modern- thinking Ismailis are so intellectually advanced, they still allow themselves to be slave to the Aga Khan. He has the nerve to say he’s a direct descendant of Muhammad (PBUH) but totally ignores the teachings and way of Muhammad!

well according to me they have no such leader to represent them as muslims follower of Isalam religion of peace. Can any one prove that which muslim leader running such a big NGO and serving to mankind regarless of cast, community or religion.

shariah is crucial to muslims. but its not the only thing. u need spirituality along with it. just performing rituals and rules doesnt suffice the mohmin. one needs to show prayer through actions and deeds and not just run to the mosque. formal prayer is mandatory but besides that actions and spirituality is even more paramount. islam has an amazing philosophy dont look at it as a religion of 5 pillars.

bravo brother bravo. my family also converted from shia ashna asaria to shia ismailia. the true islam resides in ismaili faith. we follow the escence of islam not just rules and regulations. we follow quran and sunnah and the ahl o bait. we at least know who the arch of noah is that the beloved prophet talked about. we know who the amir ul mohminin or actually amir of everyone is

It is good to see that people still take pride to be muslims, but I am not sure if Islam itself is proud of its followers. We muslims waste most of our energy, thoughts, and skills in proving each other wrong, but we rarely think of what we should do to show the world the true face of Islam that has been over shadowed by suicide bombers, extremists, and some ignorant politicians and clerics.

Islamic world was a pioneer in science and knowledge, but now…zero. Agha khan is good at least in a sense that he preaches peace, defends islam in every level, builds schools and hospitals, advise people to be tolerant of each other and live in peace.

All he does truly reflects the spirit of Islam, but his only problem is that he has a futuristic vision for muslims, and this does not perfectly fit the static and idle version of Islam that most of us have in our minds. Guys, think like a rational human being, open your eyes and see the reality, and stop wasting your energy in proving each other wrong.
