    If you are living in India and are not Indian then the procedure for it is quite simple.

    Approach a college offering NRI quota in Pune, The documents you will require are ‘Passport, residential proof, Letter from commissioner’s office, previous schooling results’ and you are sorted.
    College’s offering M.COM with NRI quota’s are ‘Indira college of commerce, BMIIT, BMCC, Sinhagad institute of Commerce, MIT.

    If you are looking for correspondence course that is ‘distance learning’ then you can approach Symboisis Distance learning eduction program. The documents required are just the same.
