How can I find out what employees at other companies are paying for health insurance?

Question by JIntorcio: How can I find out what employees at other companies are paying for health insurance?
I’d like to know how my 60,000 employee company compares with others when it comes to health insurance benefits. Where can I find information about what rates employees at other medium/large companies are paying?

    You can’t. There are so many different variable and each employer can do their own thing when it comes to contributions. I can tell you that when I worked for a large corporation (Insurance agency) we had an allowance based on salary that was contributed to the benefits available. For instance, if your salary is $ 50k your allowance was about $ 295. That allowance was put towards your Medical, dental, vision, etc. After that it came out of my pocket. The job I am at now, a small agency pays 100% of my family coverage.
