Depends if they have a huuuuge office of workers.
Most probably would in that case.
Newer software is developed to not only use KeyLoggers, but also enable the boss’s to view whatever is on the screen.
So if they check their email, boss sees email too.
Also, if you insert a disc, they know, copy data from computer onto a removable drive, they know…
Not much privacy these days.
