Meanwhile, the first time Apple CEO was asked about the drama of lost iPhone 4G during the D8 conference. The phone was reportedly lost by Apple Software Engineer which ended up in the tech blog Gizmodo office. He responded to the question and said “to make a wireless product, there is no way to do it totally in the lab. So Apple has some out there. There is a debate of whether it was left in a bar or stolen out of his bag.” The Apple chief also said that the company had developed iPad before iPhone but the company held on the release of tablet and he decided to launch the phone first.

But you can start to see the demise of apple with their crappy WWDC, they couldn;t even bring three products out. Jobs would have distorted reality and got new imacs and Macpro’s out today. (REAL mac pro updates now the touch-ups they got today).

That still doesn’t mean it’s stolen. Stolen would be, say, for example, if the person saw he had a new unknown iPhone, mugged him, or something, and taken the phone. But this person just took what was lying around. It’s as if you found some money on the table, and took it. It’s illegal, bit not nearly as bad as stealing. Big difference.
